How do I track my order?
When you place an order with us you will receive an order confirmation email within 24hrs. You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order has been shipped. You can also create an account where you can view your order history along with tracking information
What are your delivery options?
We offer free standard US flat rate shipping and the option for flat rate expedited delivery. Just select this option at checkout to get the exact pricing. From time to time we may offer free expedited shipping as a promotion.
How do I return an item?
To return an item please reach out to our customer service team via chat, by phone 1-800-480-1003 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A representative will contact you back to discuss your options.
How can I contact your couriers?
We ship through UPS, Fedex and USPS. At times there may be issues with the courier and they will reach out to you directly if there are shipment delays. If you need to update the delivery address please send an email to our customer service team at email@example.com.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we ship to the US including Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship international to the UK. There is a flat rate charge for international shipping orders.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for unworn merchandise. The merchandise must be in "new condition" and the tags must be attached. The return must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. Depending on the item purchase, there may be a restock fee of $25. No refunds on sale or discounted items.
